Snapshots of The Communicator’s first year

The first cover of the yet-to-be-named The Communicator. Included was a contest for naming the student-run publication. Vol. 1, No.1 was published on Nov. 1, 1968.

This issue of The Communicator marks the end of our 50th year as a student-run publication at SFCC.

When the paper first started, SFCC was known as SCC with both campuses bearing the same name until 1970 when they officially separated and became SCC and SFCC. Both are part of CCS.
