Gus Dinsmore is a current student at SFCC, studying and majoring in Journalism. He currently resides in Spokane, WA, and is from Missoula, Montana. With his studies, he hopes to go down the path of independent or freelance journalism, reporting on a variety of topics and interests for multiple different audiences. He has also published writing in The Spokesman Review and on different blogs belonging to friends for whom he writes occasionally. Gus is a proud queer identifying and transgender man and enjoys spending time with his community outside of school. When he’s not at school, he can be found creating art with a variety of mediums, but especially enjoys painting. Gus also enjoys creative writing, cooking, and has an interest in alternative fashion as well. His favorite bands are Motionless in White, Breaking Benjamin, and Korn.
