  • Chili Peppers has a chemical in them called capsaicin which causes your body to eat up and increase blood flow. They also cause your brain to release more endorphins or the feel-good chemical. With both of these effects playing into your hand, your sex drive will be turned up.

  • Chocolate is not only a girls favorite but, a square or two of dark low sugar chocolate will help spark a release of dopamine in your brain. Chocolate also contains phenylethylamine (PEA), which stimulates the same hormone that your body releases during sex.

  • Honey isn’t just sweet tasting but it can be sweet to your body as well. It not support testosterone production, it also has boron used in estrogen production, causing more female pleasure as well.

  • Cinnamon helps your body heat up which can cause your sex drive to heat up as well.

  • And here’s the big one, oysters! Because this shellfish is coated with Zinc, this mineral helps the testosterone level shoot up causing a longer, higher sex drive.
