Lindsey Treffry has been a faculty member at Spokane Falls Community
College since 2018. She is the assistant managing editor of news at
The Spokesman-Review in Spokane. She joined the newspaper in 2015,
where she designs pages, edits stories and manages a staff of 12 on
the copy desk. She was previously the business editor at The
Moscow-Pullman Daily News in Idaho.

Lindsey graduated in 2013 from the University of Idaho with a
bachelor’s degree in journalism. Spokane born and raised, she is a
former Spokane Falls Community College graduate. She is a former
editor-in-chief of the campus newspaper, The Communicator, which she
now advises as a faculty member
